Boys and girls... after 3 years, Now I'm In Love again. And I want to celebrate this moment with a lot of new deviations. I published a pic about Disney Couples, I hope you like it!

I'm also wondering about Disney's future. Disney fans, read this couples of comments between me and Tristo99.

Hiroe90: But it is 3D, and we mustn't be too hopeful, instead we could be disappointed by the final render...

Tristo99: You're absolutely right. I think the problem with today's audiences is that they expect too much then they end up being disappointed.

Hiroe90: I don't want to make you upset, but I knew on TagBlog that Rapunzel title will change... the possibilities are: The Hidden Tower, The Thief and the Tower, Tangled. And... someone says they chose the last one..O_O TANGLED... That's terrificant!

Tristo99: I guess the producer confirmed it which seriously makes me angry. I mean the reason PaTF didn't do as well wasn't because of the word "Princess". It was because they chose to release it a week before Avatar! What the heck?!!? I mean did they seriously expect the film to do better than any film from the director of Titanic? And I think it's kind of hypocritical given that they put their all into Hannah Montana of late.

Ok, sorry for the ranting. It's just i've been a Disney fan for so many years and i get really peeved when they just forget what made them popular in the first place and just resort to ruining their legacy. Roy Disney must be spinning in his grave.

Hiroe90: I really agree with you in everything you're saying. I'm a Disney fan, too... I follow all the making of The Princess and the Frog, the changes of Rapunzel, every image was a lovely present... and then, just because The Princess and the Frog did not so well (and we can understand why), they decided to change the title of Rapunzel, to stop every hand-drawn movie in production... Snow Queen could have been produced right now, but they shelved everything. Just because ONE movie wasn't a box office success as they hoped to be. They CAN'T STOP now, people can get used to hand-drawn animation just if Disney DOES it, but if they don't TRY... Now Rapunzel will be an adventure movie, not a romantic one: they think that the original concept of Rapunzel was too "for little girls", and they want boys in the cinemas...

In this period all my love for Disney is a little bit crashing... I HATE RICH ROSS, the man who created the business as Hannah Montana, High School Musical: he entered in Disney in December, and from that moment, everything went badly. And MILLIONS of movies like HSM are in development.

Tristo99: Yeah. I'm really hatin on Rich Ross too. And you wanna know what's funny? He actually said he wanted to do more movies that focused on women. *sigh* I guess he failed to mention that it was only Disney channel oriented movies in that case.

My only hope is that with Alice in Wonderland being a success for 3 weeks in a row it might convince them to change the title back. Yes. I am aware that it was marketed because it was a Tim Burton/Johnny Depp film, but it still has a woman's name in it.

btw, did you see the new teaser trailer for the movie? It isn't much but it's really beautiful. You just see the tower and hear everyone's voices in a sort of ghost-like form. Of course it doesn't have the title (though the Brazillian version has the Rapunzel name attached <?>) but yeah it looks really cool so much more beautiful than the god-awful title.

Hiroe90: you said it, it's Tim Burton and there's Johnny... that's the way it's earning so much.

Animated movies are something apart, and they'll not change it, I think..

The Princess and the Frog was released next to Avatar. Rapunzel/Tangled will be released next to Harry Potter 7 - part 1. What will they say this time again? They'll stop making movies?

The next hand-drawn animation movie is about Winnie the Pooh. If they think it will be a great success, they're wrong. So they'll say that hand-drawn animation is dead. But it isn't, and they know it very well. When you promise something to the public, to the fans (something like: "we're back to hand-drawn animation"), you MUST do it. Nothing can be decided by ONE movie.
